How are the articles delivered?
We ship products all over the world. We use both air and sea freight services.We Patronise World Class Courier Companies/ Cargo Agents such as Fedex , DHL , UPS etc.Products are packed in drop-tested packaging to ensure safety Shipments are fully insured.
What if the product we received is broken/damaged?
If the item is delivered in broken/damaged condition you will either receive a refund from the insurance company or a replacement from us.
How long will my order take to arrive?
On average, orders will arrive to the destination address within 10 working days. For heavy/premium orders, we will require an additional 5 working days. We ship throughout the week except on Sundays and public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition in the least time possible, we ship exclusively through reputed courier partners.
Do i need MarbsArt account if i want to buy something i like
